Shipping and Handling Policy

At fromdisworld, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 additional business days depending on destination.

  • Please note: processing and delivery times may be extended during major holidays, sales events, in the event of natural disasters, carrier delays or processing delays.

2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

We currently ship both domestically within the United States and internationally to Canada, Mexico, the UK, and select countries depending on import/export regulations.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Shipped via USPS Standard Shipping.

  • International Orders: Shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL Standard Shipping (carrier chosen at our discretion).

We currently offer standard shipping only. Expedited or overnight shipping options are not available.

3. Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Responsibilities & Damaged Packages

  • fromdisworld is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the shipping carrier.

  • All risk of loss and responsibility passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

6. Returned Orders

  • If an order is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-compliance with local import/shipping requirements, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • We will contact you regarding reshipment; however, fromdisworld does not automatically reship returned orders.

  • If reshipment is declined, the order may be canceled, and a refund issued for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

7. International Orders & Customs

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to your customs office or carrier.

  • fromdisworld cannot control or predict these fees and will not be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
